I never thought I would say that I enjoyed a visit to the dentist, but I look forward to dental care at Dr. Farless' office. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I always feel that I am with friends and family rather than a dentist office. We have recommended Dr. Farless to several friends and will continue to do so.
I have been with this practice for 40 years, and have never had a single complaint. They have a great staff, many of whom have been there for years. All of them keep up to date on new techniques, and always have patience for any questions. I love referring folks to these amazing people, and know tat everyone gets quality every time.
Drs. Farless has a beautiful facility and top-notch staff. They go beyond great dental care and treat their patients like family, which isn't common in the medical offices anymore. I've been a patient for decades (when Dr. Farless' predecessor was owner), and I've had everything from teeth cleanings to crowns to Clear Correct braces. The practice has expanded its services without losing the pleasant, one-on-one connection with their patients.
I had my New Patient exam today, and it was awesome. I've had some not-so-great experiences at other offices, but every team member seemed prepared and involved in my visit today. Meredith and Tori were great. Dr. Farless is personal and collaborative with treatment recommendations. Their whole process, as well as the quality of care, has been carefully thought out to give the patient a seamless experience. I couldn't be more pleased.
My experiences at Farless Dental have always been very good. Especially now with the Covid outbreak, they have taken extreme cautions for my safety as well as their own. Temperature taking before I got out of my car as a I wore a mask, given protective glasses for me to wear, masks for them as well as shields over the masks made me feel perfectly safe. They are all very professional, congenial, and pleasant, from Michelle at the reception desk to the hygienist (big shout out to Jamie!) to the dentist himself. I have never felt rushed when I am there, which is rare for a medical facility of any kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dental care.

One of the best dental offices in the Triad - and this is from a person who used to be absolutely terrified just by thinking about going to the Dentist. I have been with them for over 10 years now and everything from moment you enter their office to the moment you leave is absolutely fantastic! If you are a person who is afraid of getting dental work done this is the place for you to go! Dr. Farless and his staff will take a good care of you and all of your dental needs. Best part - you don't even feel any pain whether it is just a routine checkup or some major work. I have been their client for over ten years and I really hope to be their client for at least another 30+ years. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a new Dentist.
Dr. Farless and his team are very non-judgemental when it comes to dental health. I had not had my teeth cleaned in over ten years. I thought I could maintain my dental health by myself, but the truth is, you can't. You HAVE to go get your teeth cleaned periodically. They never criticized me but instead only suggested a cleaning. And my teeth were horribly in need of a professional cleaning. Also, it is painless. If you need numbing medication, they can do it. I felt so good after having my teeth cleaned. When I had a serious dental problem, they fixed it, painlessly, and the monetary issues are handled so well by the executive staff that it made the process so much easier. I can not say enough about Dr Farless and the staff. All of the technicians and hygienists are excellent and very empathetic, and the office staff are prompt and thorough regarding payment and insurance issues. I highly recommend this practice.

The Bombdiggity, as always. Tough to find a good something (ie: doctor, plumber, electrician, etc.) and a good hygenist and dentist is no exception. I found Farless and his posse and am stickin' with them.

When you walk into their office you immediately feel like part of a family. Everyone greets you as if you've known them forever. Once back in the chair, Jamie, the hygienist, makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. She does such a thorough job cleaning and examining your teeth. Dr. Farless is friendly yet extremely professional. He completely discusses his findings and plan of care. I never feel rushed and my questions are always answered. When a referral is needed, they make sure you have all the information necessary to decide who to see as well as their contact info. All insurance claims are filed by them and you are contacted if there are any outstanding balances which insurance didn't pay. So happy we found this office!
I became deeply concerned about sensitivity in an upper tooth. Dr. Farless has been discussing options on that tooth for our past few appointments. I thought, "well, the time has come for a crown". But I was more concerned about potential root canal! The ladies were able to work me into his schedule quickly which put my mind at ease. Upon review of x-rays and examination of the tooth, Dr. Farless determined that it was simply sensitivity and advised me to use a toothpaste for that specific symptom. The point in my story is this....I have really good insurance, and Dr. Farless could have taken the opportunity to put in a crown, or a filling, or some other technique. Instead, his integrity and patient care led him to the conclusion that "it wasn't time yet"! He's a great dentist and I TRUST HIM! Thanks Dr. Farless and your entire Team!

Dr. Farless took very good care of her, got her out of pain, so at that moment I made my appointment that day and knew that he was the doctor for me.
